By using the service you confirm that you are informed of the general business terms and conditions and that you accept them in full.

We shall not be held liable for non-availability or non-accessibility of the websites, for any reason. We shall not be held liable if, for any reason, these websites are not available at any time or during any period.

RESERVATION OF SERVICES

We offer you the possibility to book services on Kendov dvorec’s website. You can book your stay at Kendov dvorec and other services directly via our web reservation system. Your reservation is confirmed with a credit card number, date of validity and CVC code or by a prepayment.

CANCELLATION TERMS

The reserved services may be cancelled free of charge until 4 p.m. by the local time 7 days before the arrival. In the case of later cancellation or change of date we charge one night with tax. In the case of non-arrival or early departure we charge the entire stay. The Early Bird offer requires a prepayment and there is non-refundable.

In the case of a change or cancellation of the reserved service at own discretion or because of force majeure, without there being any reasons on the part of Kendov dvorec, the guest is not entitled to any compensation or price reduction. The guest must arrange the cancellation via the web reservation system where the original reservation was made, communicate it by telephone, send a written cancellation by post or e-mail at the hotel’s address: Kendov dvorec, Na griču 2, 5281 Spodnja Idrija, Slovenia; E: info@kendov-dvorec.com, T: +386 (0)5 37 25 100.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome. Extra payment for a baby cot is €30/day.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

The reserved room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

PARKING

The guests of Kendov dvorec have free parking in the manor’s courtyard. Prior reservation of a parking space is not required. The guests can charge their electric cars free of charge in Kendov dvorec’s car park.

PETS

Pets can stay in the premises of Kendov dvorec based on prior agreement. Extra payment for pets is €40/animal/day.

FINAL PROVISIONS

All prices in Kendov dvorec’s offer include value added tax. In the case of any dispute between parties, the issue shall be referred to the Ljubljana District Court.

At Hidria d.o.o., the owner of Kendov Dvorec, we are aware of our responsibility in handling personal data. Therefore, we manage, maintain, store, and supervise all personal data collections in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the RS, No. 94/2007), and we ensure the following rights to each individual whose personal data we process:

The right to request from Kendov Dvorec, owned by Hidria d.o.o., as the data controller, at any time:

  • Access to personal data and the following information:
    • the purposes of processing,
    • the types of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations,
    • the intended period for storing personal data or, if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period,
    • the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.
  • The reasons for it, as well as the significance and the expected consequences of such processing for the individual.
  • One (free) copy of the personal data in a format of my choice (if the request is made electronically and I do not request otherwise, the copy will be provided in electronic form). For any additional copies I request, the data controller may charge a reasonable fee, taking costs into account.
  • Correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Restriction of processing when:
    • I contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allows the data controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
    • the processing is unlawful and I object to the deletion of personal data and instead request the restriction of their use,
    • the data controller no longer needs them for the purposes of processing, but I need them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  • Erasure of all personal data (the right to be forgotten), if the conditions set out in Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met, in particular when I withdraw my consent for the processing of personal data.
  • The right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, with the right to transmit those data to another controller without being obstructed by the original controller.
  • Cessation of the use of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling.
  • That a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects concerning me or similarly significantly affects me, does not apply to me, if the conditions set out in Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met.

The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner against the data controller if I believe that the processing of my personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation.

PROCEDURE FOR ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS

I am aware that all of the above requests concerning the exercise of rights related to personal data can be submitted in writing to the data controller, namely at the email address info@kendov-dvorec.com.

I am aware that the data controller may request additional information from me for reliable identification when exercising rights related to personal data, and may refuse to act only if it can demonstrate that it cannot reliably identify me.

I am aware that the data controller must respond to my request, by which I exercise my rights regarding the above-mentioned personal data, without undue delay and no later than one month from receiving the request.
